How can I enable Rich Text and Extension Visual types to Normal users?

By default, Normal users do not have access to the Rich Text and Extension Visuals:


Instead they will see these options when they attempt to create a Visual:

To enable this permission, you will need to grant those users or groups the “Manage Custom Styles” setting in their particular role(s). Managing custom styles allows you to create custom HTML, CSS, and Javascript that can be used to enhance the look and feel of any existing Visual type, or even allow you to create your own custom Visuals in Arcadia.

After granting the “Manage Custom Styles” permission, the users should now see the Rich Text and Extension visual type:
